At Femilyn, our mission is your satisfaction through our products. If our products fall short, worry not – we offer “no-questions-” refunds or exchanges within a span of  7-9 working  days .

 

Initiating Your Requests:

You can exchange the products you bought for a different size of the same item or choose something else from our collection. We're here to make sure you're happy with your choice!

To start an exchange or return, all you need to proceed with refund option with details therein thtough the website.our logistic support team will the up the item you want to return

 

Guidelines for Return:

Please return items in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and labels.Once you request a return / exchange, our team gets to work, aiming to arrange a pickup within 3-6 business days.. Reverse Pick Up availability depends on your area's PIN code.  

 

Simple Refund Process :

For our smart pre-paid customers, refunds take place in 4-6  business days after we receive and approve the items. The amount is directly credited back to the source account. Please note, customize orders are non-refundable.
